The first planning meeting was held in early January 2002 in Palm Springs, California.
Attendees were host Gary Schmidt, Ray Heizer, Jim Lutz, Chuck Vogt and MR Wilkinson.
The second planning meeting was also held in Palm Springs in March 2002.
Attendees were Georgia Alexander Irons, Pat Anderson Lippert, Ray Heizer,
Dan Paicopulos, Gary Schmidt, Grace Snyder Wright, Chuck Vogt and Leslie Winkler Moore.
