Nevada RV Ramble

A Grand Loop

In November 2007 we took our trusty travel trailer out of storage and hit the road for about ten days.
We started off by heading south on I-5 in California to Palm Springs to visit friends for two days and then began to explore places we had never been before.
After lookng around in the southern California desert areas, we heaed to Nevada, entering at the southern tip of the state and then heading north up routes 95 and 93 to the famous Route 50, "The Loneliest Road in Ameria." At that point, after a side trip east to Great Basin National Park, we turned west and drove across the entire state for a couple of days, finally leaving Nevada just south of Lake Tahoe and dashing home ahead of an early winter storm!
We were very pleasantly surprised by how many interesting things we found to see and do in the Nevada desert, and hope you will be too as you go through our photos on the next pages ...
