2009 Vietnam Tour
The landscape in Vietnam is quite varied. This collection of photos will give you some idea of the variety we saw as we moved along. Outside of the major cities, Vietnam is intensely agricultural. It is not uncommon to get three crops a year. Water is available everywhere for irrigation, and almost every available square meter of land is under cultivation.
Thise are ducks in the distance. Poultry and pigs were everywhere.
Rice paddies are also everywhere. Vietnam is a major exporter of rice.
The following photos are from our trip up into the mountains to get to Dalat. We went right up into the clouds!
