2009 Vietnam Tour
We were blessed with a great group of traveling companions who shared this adventure with us. The first photo has our tour leader, Huy Lam, on the left as he talks to Vitus and Trudy from Colorado, and Eiko and Dick from Minnesota.
This is Uta, also from Colorado.
Paul and Jan were also from Minnesota. We think all these folks were trying to get out of the January weather in the US!

Shirley, on the right, is originally from Chicago but has lived for many years in Thailand. She was traveling with her mother-in-law ...
... Marti, also from Chicago. Marti got a nice gash on her hand when she fell on a runway so we had a chance to learn a bit about the Vietnamese medical system as a result. She was stitched up and continued on our trip with little trouble.

Our final evening in Vietnam called for a bit of dressing up. Everyone had a great time!
