2009 Vietnam Tour
We really enjoyed the food in Vietnam. here are some scenes of what and where we ate along the way ...
The "floral arrangements" on our tables the night we spent on the boat on Halong Bay were made from edible vegtables!
The breakfasts in our hotels were wonderful buffets, with staff standing by to cook eggs just the way everyone wanted
We passed thousands of these little portable restaurants
One night we attended a cooking lesson where everyone got a chance to learn about Vietnamese cuisine and help prepare the food
Bill and Chelsea Clinton had lunch at this noodle restaurant in downtown Saigon in late 2000. The owners are still celebrating the auspicious event!
Those are fish scales that had curled up as the fish was roasted
